“After a lengthy search of contractors, Banning Construction was the best fit for the project of a full house demo and remodel! After contacting him, he responded quickly and was out to do the bid within 2 days. I had my bid by the end of the week. His pricing was extremely fair and he gave me detailed paperwork explaining prices. Picking material was a breeze as he would give us an amount and either bring or show us samples of if we had our own that was fine too. He installed all custom cabinets that are simply divine! As the job continued, we actually kept adding more to the scope of work, but he was right there to fulfill every need! The best thing is he is very detail oriented and makes sure every task is done right! Job was completed in the timeframe he quoted even with adding more than originally planned. Fabulous job and the outcome was flawless! Highly recommend!”
